Cocoa powder vs Brewing Cacao?
Cocoa powder is finely ground cacao which has had its cacao butter removed for ease of use and shelf life.
HOWEVER, this commercial process removes highly beneficial nutrients found in the cacao butter. It also would diminish the rich, smooth, full-bodied character exhibited in Puentes Brewing cacao.
Instead, we give you the whole cacao nib, carefully ground with all of its cacao fats intact; giving significantly more body and health benefits to your cup.
